Micromax A 92 Canvas Lite - Mid range Handset

Amidst the launch of Micromax Canvas 4 , Micromax has silently launched a Mid range smartphone - Canvas Lite and extended the canvas series. The device is priced at 8499/- Rs. From the first look and specifications , it resembles completely with Micromax's biggest hit Canvas 2. Canvas 2 and Canvas Lite are  same in hardware specifications and matches approximately the resolution also with same display size.

The only difference seems is in Camera. The canvas Lite has been given a 5 MP primary autofocus camera and 0.3 MP front facing camera. Canvas Lite has Jelly bean 4.1 operating system straight out of the box.

5 Inch display has 480*800 resolution and is powered by 2000mAh battery.

Canvas Lite has the same Mediatek 6577 dual core 1Ghz processor with Power VR SGX GPU , which powers Canvas 2. Lite has 512 MB of RAM and 4 GB inbuilt memory with 32 GB Expandable by the help of SD card.

From above specifications , it is clear that Canvas Lite is Canvas2 in a new package. There are some extra features added to this handset like Call blocking which can help you block unwanted calls.
Canvas Lite is Light to your pocket too but have to see the response from consumers.
